What We Need: Great growing company is looking for a hardworking lead cabinet installer to work as part of an established team in the installation of custom closets, Murphy beds and home offices. They have a high-end showroom in North Central Austin. Their reputation for delivering excellence provides significant demand for their product through referrals and repeat customers. They constantly promote their products to new customers via the web and print advertising. Work Environment: Installers work Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 4:00 on most days. You will work in crews of 1-3 installers. All of the jobs are indoors or in garages and most of the jobs are in climate-controlled homes. Your work will be very steady, and you will be able to keep working rain or shine. Required Experience: Three years of Experience with cabinet installation and or trim carpentry High School diploma Ability to lift a minimum of 75lbs Desire for a long-term opportunity Ability to read plans Team player Reliable Professional attitude and appearance Compensation: FULL TIME Hourly $18-$23 Health Insurance Overtime pay Vacation pay Holiday pay Sick pay
