Watermark Place Condominium, a 76-suite luxury condominium located in Columbia, MD., is seeking a part-time doorman. The doorman will be responsible for maintaining building security, logging in/out all visitors/contractors/service personnel, assisting residents and guests by opening doors, carrying packages and providing appropriate incidental services as needed. The position will be for Thursday 4-9 pm., Friday - Sunday evenings from 4pm to 10pm. Ability to substitute other evenings is desirable.
