Pay at the bar upon arrival. Featured wine and tasting notes: - Stonegate Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford 2012 Initial impression big silky fruit, with a hint of powdery tannins. Flavors of blackberry, cassis and strained blueberry. This wine has scents of jacaranda, blackberry, and toasted cedar. - Bonterra Chardonnay Initial impression of rich, buttery cream quickly turns to aromas of honey and lightly toasted almonds, followed by tropical aromas of pineapple, citrusy lemon and crème brulee. The wine is refreshing on the palate, with a minerality that is both bright and clean. - Quilt, Fabris of The Land Red Blend Quilt comes from the well-known Caymus family. It is Crimson red with plum highlights. With expressive aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate, and lightly toasted almonds with a hint of spices and vanilla. The palate consists of complex flavors ripe black cherry, cocoa, and hints of rosemary.
