Seeking Shared Studio/Office Space

Hi there, I'm a local makeup artist and I'm looking to share office/studio space with another creative. I really only need a small corner of the room with ample natural light and access to outlets where I can set up a vanity station where I will occasionally meet with clients. The majority of my work is on location, so I don't need the space often, but I would like to have it available for when I do! I could see this working out with a photographer, wedding vendor, painter, artist, or any other type of creative who wants to use the space occasionally for meeting clients, and can maintain a clean, professional and modern aesthetic. I'm totally open to ideas, and am looking to spend between $150-350 a month.
