Do you need a fresh perspective on what your future could look like?
By exploring what 21st Century, post-COVID careers look like, we will help each participant uncover passions, interest and skills for success in their futures. In this one-week workshop, we will incorporate the foundational concepts of hip-hop to discover how to tell our stories for professional purposes.
We will remix our perspectives on developing resumes, cover letters, vocational vs. college programs and hear from professionals in various fields to provide relevant feedback.
This class will be facilitated using a hybrid-learning format where students can participate in-person at the Center or virtually through Zoom.
Open to youth and young adults ages 16 - 21. This workshop is free, but registration is required.
