The receptionist is rude and has no clue how to provide customer service. While cashing my dog out, her and Lyn (the owner/groomer) were making fun of another client and just being mean. Luckily my dog sees a great groomer there but I am seriously considering going elsewhere due to the unprofessionalism of the owner/office staff. They had a wonderful receptionist last August when I started using their business but I guess she realized how rude and mean the owner is and left.
Your pet deserves a good experience, don't take them somewhere with inexperienced, non-compassionate staff. I only hope my groomer decides to leave and work for herself or a better company.
