He is one of the three hosts of the nationally syndicated radio show , The Breakfast Club, alongside Angela Yee and Charlamagne tha God on Power 105.1. Sharelle Rosado Sharelle Rosado is the CEO/Broker of Allure Realty and proud military vet. In addition to her success as a business owner, she will be among an all-Black female cast of a new show on Netflix that focuses on the real estate industry. Rosado will be starring on a reality show that follows the Black women of her real estate agency Allure Realty in Florida. "Along the Florida coast, Allure Realty stands out among the crowd. Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all Black, all female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast". Kourtney "KP" Pina Proud "mamaprenuer" & owner of one of the hottest cigar lounges in Tampa Bay, Lit Cigar & Martini Lounge. Pina is also a licensed real estate agent who still handles A-List clients. Pina started as a partner in 2lit Concierge and Event Planning where they were responsible for some of Tampa’s most elite VIP party’s which included athletes , young executives, entrepreneurs and professionals. Partners of 7th + Grove After noticing Tampa’s lack of Southern food options, close friend's : Dr. Vondalyn Wright, Dr. Jamaris Glenn, and Khalilaa McDuffie decided to open 7th + Grove. Within months of opening, 7th + Grove became the hot spot in Tampa known for its' elevated southern menu, warm ambiance, and creatively crafted cocktails. The Grove’s motto is “Eat. Vibe. Flourish,” serving as an incubator for creatives figuratively but also a place for social gatherings. Lush greenery and succulents cover the space, from the walls to the tables.
