All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS BURGLARY (late), 2021-04190058, 4100 block of Henderson Road. At approximately 1:30 p.m. on April 19, police responded to the late report of suspicious circumstances. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 4:15 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. on April 17, the unknown suspect gained entry into the building and caused damage to several ceiling tiles. No other items were reported stolen or damaged. The suspect is described as a Black male with a short beard, 20 – 30 years old, 5'8" to 5'11" tall, weighing approximately 150 – 170 pounds. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a white t-shirt with a black t-shirt underneath, white skinny jeans with black sweatpants underneath, black shoes, a black visor, black headphones, a face mask and sunglasses. The investigation is ongoing. INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2021-04200087, 100 block of N. Thomas Street. At approximately 11:56 a.m. on April 20, police were dispatched to the report of a possible exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victims were in the courtyard of a building when they observed the male suspect allegedly expose himself and masturbate. The suspect is described as a Black male, approximately 45 years old, taller with a skinny build. The investigation is ongoing.
