OldaniArtStudio.com Is My small design and fabrication shop. I am reorganizing my shop, and my business approach. I have a ton of cleaning, sorting, tool and machine maintenance, and shop set-up that I need help with. I also need occasional skilled help, a second set of hands and strong back, someone to prep and finish materials, and even someone to process cutlists so that I can get projects done amidst my hustle. Ideally this could be one person, a skilled person familiar/comfortable with hand tools and power tools, who could also happily spend their day cleaning and sorting a crowded shop. But also please apply if you have no craft-skills but plenty of cleaning and organizational skills. Any candidate must be have the confidence and agency to clean and organize with some initial direction but without requiring constant management. We will meet once or twice a day to describe the tasks and then break into self regulated work. I am fully vaccinated and the space is quite large and airy with few people. The schedule is pretty flexible. Personally I have lots of draws on my own time, but the Gig can be done nearly anytime so long as we can meet and define the task..
