Prime Roots is seeking Order Fulfillment Specialists to help us fulfill orders of delicious delicious plant-based meals to our community of eaters! At Prime Roots, we envision a delicious protein-rich future that is sustainable for environmental and human health. In this role, you'll be working to prep and pack orders for shipment to our customers. Job Duties - Assist with shipment prepping, including printing and organizing pack sheets and shipping label. - Prepare, pick, and pack online orders quickly and accurately. - Sort and organize inventory and shipping materials. - Check inventory for expiry dates and pull unsalable merchandise. - Review orders for accuracy and discrepancies - Work cross-functionally with customer service to investigate and replace missing or damaged orders. - Interact with external carriers and ensure packages are handed off to delivery partners, assisting with loading as necessary. - Receive incoming shipments and arrange in proper storage areas. - Assist with crafting the customer experience by wrapping products, printing labels, stickering packaging, etc. Requirements - Previous experience in Warehousing or Fulfillment. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Reliable transportation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.. - Ability to stand, bend, walk, and twist. - Excellent problem solving and communication skills. - Stellar attention to detail and reading comprehension. - Knowledge of food safety handling required.
