Press release from Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office: April 20, 2021 Sometime between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Tuesday April 13, 2021 there was a solo vehicle crashon Hwy 129 and Carlton Rd. in Watsonville. Due to circumstances surrounding the crash, weare looking for any witnesses that may have been in the area at that time. We believe there was at least one person nearby on a bike at the time, and investigators are hoping to speak with that individual or anyone else who witnessed the crash.
