Will train the right candidate - modular lab equipment - RF enclosures (san jose north) Looking to add to our team - we have work lined up for months- need to add hard workers with a good attitudes. We work on customer sites - small teams with project focus - friendly hard working, clean back ground, and a good attitude is what we are looking for- we can teach you the rest. Here is our description - reply stating you meet the minimum requirements and meet us this week at our open house - you can see what we do and if we look like a match - apply on site - looking for 4 people immediately RF Installer-1/labor-general Installs and disassembles modular shielding systems as directed by Supervisor. Dutes will include offloading, preparation, and installation of materials. Responsible to produce a quality install/move for the customer. Assists the install/move process by communicating with supervisors, the end users/customer and other crew members. Uses extreme care not to damage goods or facilities during the install/move. We serve a niche market and do not expect applicants to be proficient in our solution offering. We are willing to train the right candidate(s) and offer medical, retirement, vacation benefits. Desired Skills and Abilities: - Must have reliable transportation and a valid clean CDL - Must be proficient with small tools (hammer, cordless drill,measuring tape, etc.). - Must be able to lift 75 lbs - Ability to intake and use new knowledge quickly - Must have good oral communication skills, customer service experience and great people skills required. - Keen eye for organization - Willing to take initiative - Sheet Metal product knowledge (roofing and construction)/ metal welding/soldering experience a huge plus - Forklift Experience/Certified plus but not required - Bilingual (English/Spanish) plus but not required Experience/Education: HS or equivalent combination of education and training. Must be able to lift 75lbs, high paced work environment - some travel, some weekends, and some nights. All new hires must pass all the pre-screens required by the company.
