Also if you currently manage a crew or crews that is a bonus as well ***** Weekly pay Various payment methods - Check or Direct Deposit Solid and stable work for at least the next 6 months - Same Site - No Alternating Travel First Rate Field Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage contracted construction crews in efforts to complete rehabilitative work and renovations on apartment complexes. You will have to manage a team of varied Construction Services employees at the property sites ensuring all projects are completed within quality standards, on time, within budget, and with internal/external communication that meets best practices. This position will also be involved in developing scopes of work, timelines, and other activities as related to the project. Responsible for: - Management of crews and activities daily, on site. - Sourcing and scheduling independent contractors and specialized third parties. - Collaborating with the property management company assigned to the properties. - Taking inventory regularly to ensure that material required by the project will be available at the appropriate time to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. - Establishes construction crew assignments and cadence(s) for various work areas of construction operations, monitoring progress, and recommending corrective action as necessary. - Assist the construction crews with the management of all aspects of delivery, setup, installation, and completion of all onsite construction. - Provide weekly project status report(s) to internal management for distribution to client(s) and other external parties as required (financial, schedule, Q/C).
