Our company is seeking general contractors and day laborers for a long term project. Pay is $15 - $20/hour. This project requires a minimum of 5 days a week, with 8 hour days, and potential to work 6 days at 8 hours per day. Daily workload will vary from installing kitchen sinks, new thermostats, new wax rings around toilets, to painting, patching holes in walls and other necessities to not only make tenants feel at home but to prepare apartments to be move-in ready. Do YOU have? Experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Experience in property maintenance and general maintenance processes/methods Your own set of tools and reliable transportation Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices The ability to show up on time, ready to work, every day What WE offer!
