International Wine Accessories (IWA), a US leader in items for storing, preserving and serving wine located in Petaluma, is looking to hire a fulfillment supervisor. This person will be managing warehouse employees that are picking and packing table top consumer items for shipping all over the US. We expect an attention to detail and ability to move freely around the facility to oversee our processes and manage incoming inventory shipments. There is room to grow within the team we have. Preference will be given to experience in warehouse environment and specifically in shipping. Additionally a focused work history with longer tenure with established companies will be viewed favorably. An upbeat attitude, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency and purpose in your efforts will go a long way. There is room for growth and increased salary with additional responsibility. This is a full-time position - start time is 6:30 am. Passing a drug test and solid references are necessary. Wage will vary with experience but this is a senior position in our organization. Strong preference will be given for relevant experience. Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. is required. Health benefits and contributions to a 401k plan are provided.
