Please Read Carefully… Position Title: Lead Technician (Residential and Commercial Technicians are wanted) Are you looking for a solid career opportunity with a steady paycheck? Like working outside? We specialize in residential & commercial window cleaning, softwashing, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. Our team members take great pride in the work we do. Position Type: Permanent, Full Time, 5 days per week, normally Monday through Friday plus two Saturdays per month during busy season. This is a W-2 position. Area: Fort Smith and surrounding areas. Description of Duties: - Clean 1, 2 & 3 story homes/buildings (ladder work is necessary) to high quality standards to completion. - Services include window cleaning, softwashing, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. - Work with customers throughout the work order to ensure an excellent customer experience. - Complete preparation, cleaning work, and clean up using the latest and best equipment. - Drive, maintain, and stock a Cityview Services company truck (gas card provided). - Complete a Cityview Services Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Ladder training and development program. Skills and Requirements: - Must have a cell phone and clean and valid driving record. - Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work (we provide the work truck). - Ladder work when necessary. Must be comfortable with heights. Must be able to use a 32’ ladder. - Clean cut in appearance. - We work in teams. Must be able to lead and connect with people effectively. - No experience required but any experience is a plus. - Must attend mandatory safety meetings. - Must pass a full panel drug test and background check. - Must reside in the Fort Smith or immediate surrounding area. Compensation: - Performance Percentage Pay (the more you do, the more you make). - Average weekly pay is $600 to $800 and more! - Paid weekly. - This is a year around position.
