We're hiring! We're looking for CNC machine operators for our shop in Cokato, MN. No experience necessary! Duties: • Run cutting machine. o Set up fabric. o Select and run the correct nests. o Stack cut fabric neatly, in the approved manner. o Deliver cut fabric to sewing stations. o Maintain a clean and safe working environment around cutting machine. o The expectation is to be in constant motion around cutter when it is running. • Weekly cleaning and maintenance of cutting machine outside of normal shift hours. • Run fabric welding machine. • General light cleaning, same expectations as all other employees. • Other duties throughout shop as needed. Skills: • Basic math, reading, and writing skills. • Basic computer skills; finding files in folders, saving and deleting files, etc. • Accurately use a tape measure and other measuring tools. • Safely and accurately use common hand and power tools. Competencies: • Attention to detail. • Strong communication skills, especially as it relates to communicating questions or problems with assigned jobs or expected work. • Willingness to learn new skills throughout shop. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. • The desire to create exceptional products.
