Not all cops are the same, just as all teachers are not the same. Perhaps instead of more 'trained officers' their could be teams of social worker officers, mental health officers and any other expert that could respond with regular officers and have a deciding influence on certain calls involing unruly people while monitoring the officers on call and making decisions like "forcibly restraining" any unruly officer who gets out of hand. I will always wonder what the outcome to the whole George Floyd situation would have been if one of the other officers present had pulled that stupid well known killer cop off of Floyd before the five minute mark.
