We are looking for a new home for our 27 year old male cockatiel that needs a new companion. His mother (and partner) died around Xmas 2020. She was 30 years old. We don't want to get another bird, as we are retiring and plan on doing some traveling. So we can't make a long term commitment to another bird. He is lonely, and we don't want to leave him by himself for long periods of time while we are gone. So, we are hoping we can find someone with another cockatiel that is looking for another bird. He is in very good health, and should live several more years. We also have a 2 ft x 2 ft x 3 ft tall wooden cage that the adoptee can have if they want.
