Looking for Trombone Player to Start Brass Band

Looking for a trombone or mid brass player (baritone, euphonium) to help start a brass band. I am not pro level, but I am continuously working on my skills and played with Extra Action Marching Band for a year (that was a few years ago). I'd like to find somebody who really wants to play music and can be a writing partner. This project would be all original music and no covers. The basic concept would be to start small and maybe expand later. Once we have a few decent tunes figured out, we can add drums and maybe a tuba player. Something like Too Many Zooz (a big inspiration) and maybe later becoming more like Extra Action or Funkrust (check out the Zoology video for Tiny Desk). I'm looking for a darker sound, more the brass equivalent of a punk or metal band. The most important thing I am looking for is enthusiasm. Energy trumps skill by a mile. These days it's hard to find people who are willing to commit to anything, even if it's something fun and exciting. The best player in the world is no good if they don't show up to rehearsal or want to get out and play.
