MIDDLETOWN, RI — A fire caused extensive damage to a home in Middletown home early Wednesday morning, reported NBC 10 WJAR. The fire may have started in the garage of the home on Casey Drive and spread to the main house. A neighbor told an NBC 10 news crew that he heard an explosion before the fire started.
