Seeking a capable, reliable, kind person to mow our tiny yard approx. once ever week and a half to two weeks depending on rain and growth of grass. Approx 500 square feet. We have a small electric mower that you can use and a hand held trimmer to use around the fire hydrant, short fence and steps. (Requires bending over on hand and knees to use) It takes about 9 minutes to mow the yard and another 6 to do the trimming. and sweep the steps and small sidewalk. Open to a teenager or adult who wants to commit to this small job on a regular basis this spring, summer and fall. $25 per session - paid in cash.
