Model Remodel (MRM) is a design-build, residential remodeling company serving clients in the Seattle metro area. We are currently looking to fill a position for an Project Manager. Job Description & Requirements: We are seeking a Project Manager with 10 years of experience in construction/remodeling and 5 years’ experience with project management in residential remodels. Green/sustainable building experience a plus. We are seeking detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, punctual, dedicated and hardworking team player. Green/Sustainable building experience a major plus! This position involves regular interaction with clients and therefore requires a high standard of professionalism. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant job site. The Project Manager role at Model Remodel is to monitor and support a project from start to successful finish, focusing primarily on tracking the project cost compared to original budget, generating financial performance reports, facilitating, and awarding subcontractor contracts, assisting in the purchase of materials, and overseeing invoice and schedule-related activities. The PM ensures communication channels remain open and fluid between all participants engaged in the project, and that risk factors are resolved as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. • Communicate effectively and establish good working relationship with other team members, while fostering positive relationships with clients, designers and architects, subcontractors, and vendors. • Oversees successful production of multiple projects. • Processes financial and scheduling updates for projects. • Responsible for quality control.
