Great established family owned and operated company has opening for a full-time apartment maintenance technician at a 55+ community. Location near downtown Gig Harbor. Must have at least two years of experience in the maintenance field. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, great at multi-tasking, hard working, punctual, and has a high standard for quality. Must have experience in painting and appliance repair, and have own basic tools. Experience with gas appliances a plus, but will train. Typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, but will be a part of after hours on-call rotation for maintenance emergencies at this and another location. Must have reliable transportation. Seriously considered applicants will have to pass background check and drug screening (for illegal drug use). Pay is $20/Hour. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) package with 20 days paid leave per year in addition to 8 holidays. Company currently provides 75% of dental/vision, pays a portion of employee medical insurance.
