WHAT YOU'LL DO: -Responsible for assisting the converting department by delivering print plates, cutting dies, ink and other needed product to the assigned machines. -Assist on machines as needed. -Responsible for keeping assigned areas clean. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: -High School Diploma or GED -Proven record of performance, attendance and attention to detail -Demonstrates a drive to achieve and shows a desire to grow -Initiates his/her own learning -Gets along well with others -Helpful -Can handle the physical requirements (heat, noise, can work inside, outside, etc.) -Has the mechanical, numerical, and verbal aptitude to learn our jobs quickly.
