Financial advisory franchise is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond as we strive for a standard of excellence while serving our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
Interacting with clients via phones and in-person
Scheduling client meetings
Handling and processing checks, forms and correspondence
Requirements:
The right candidate must have excellent people and phone skills, must be adaptable and enjoy working in an environment that is fast paced and frequently shifts direction, and should be proficient with Microsoft Outlook and CRM programs.
