RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive daily, enter freight into inventory, and stock shelves
• Maintain parts inventory, organizing bins, binning new parts, and recording the location for bin audits.
• Establish a good working relationship with Wholesale and retail parts department
• Assist all customers promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clear path of communication within the parts department
• Maintain a delivery log when handling returns and payments
• Immediately notify parts manager of damaged parts or shortages
• Contact special order customers
• Ship cores and warranty parts when needed
• Perform monthly obsolete returns
• Maintain organization for parts storage areas
• Keep parts department clean
• Front counter, wholesale, and back counter parts sales
REQUIREMENTS:
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Are able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Have strong organizational and time management skills
• Are detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Must be computer literate
• Motivated, Self-Starter
• Work Independently
• Able to work early shifts- (5:30am-2:30pm)
