CP is a fast-paced work environment that requires flexibility to service the needs of our customers & CP team members. This position will be responsible for performing quality services on the CP fleet of vehicles. This team member will conduct multi-point inspections, identify maintenance services and repairs. There will be a focus on oil services, filters, tire rotations among other required services. Excellent advancement potential for the right candidate! Various Shifts Available: Monday - Saturday 5am to 6pm Essential Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To: •Conduct multi-point inspections. •Identify maintenance and repair needs. •Perform tasks as instructed by team lead, shop foreman and service manager. Core Knowledge/Skills: •Customer/Client Focus •Problem Solving Analysis •Time Management •Communication Proficiency •Teamwork Orientation •Technical Capacity •Maintain a high level of integrity while performing day to day maintenance •Have prior knowledge of engine, transmission, brake and suspension repairs •Good oral and written communication skills Desired Qualifications: •Previous experience as a Lube Technician a plus! •Effective interpersonal skills. •Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
