PHILADELPHIA — A police car that was taking a shooting victim to the hospital crashed Wednesday morning in Philadelphia. According to Fox29, a Philadelphia Police cruiser crashed at about 6 a.m. The crash occurred on the 3700 block of York Avenue when the police cruiser collided with another vehicle, Action News reports. According to NBC10, the officer and shooting victim's conditions are unknown.
