Local landlord looking for help getting rental properties ready for new tenants. Work includes cleaning out properties, painting, pressure washing, minor repairs, cleaning up yards. Must have reliable transportation, tools, and want to work. I pay by check on Fridays. $12-$20 per hour based on experience, tools, transportation, work ethic.
