We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Renovation Technician to join us at Cambridge Place located in Denver, CO. The Renovation Technician is responsible for renovating residential units while adhering to budget guidelines, project timelines and departmental processes. What your day might look like • Assist in the inspection of vacant units and inventory work needed to be done • Address any plumbing, electrical or HVAC concerns • Meet with any vendors assisting in renovation project • Repair any damage to unit • Communicate renovation project status What we are looking for • Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment • Professional demeanor • Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively • Valid EPA/Universal certifications are desired but not required For additional information about our company and to directly apply, please visit.
