Pay and Incentives: Drivers starting at $18+/hr (depending on experience) Tips can and often do increase your pay to $25+ per hour! $100 sign-on bonus for new drivers (after 3 months of driving) After 1 year of continuous employment: Profit-Sharing bonus every 6 months. 401k with contribution matching up to 3% Minimum Requirements: Must be 23 years of age or older. Valid DL for at least 2 years No more than 2 traffic violations in the past 2 years.
