If you happen to get passed by this guy, steer clear. An older man in a silver chevy truck with a lawnmower and other stuff in the bed, he speeds excessively and frequents the carpool lane to get around traffic. Sorry I don't have a license plate number to post but SOMEBODY will recognize him.
