EEOC HELP

Description

Looking for help, i.e., resources, lawyers, somebody who will take an interest in my issue. Here's the scenario: Laid off from CenturyLink on Dec 1.,2017. Had 19.5 years of service, and excellent appraisals. Not a performance problem. Was (65) years of age, and not allowed a lower paying job, nor allowed to interview for open positions. I was fully qualified, have 2- BS degrees, a Master's degree, and a Master's Cert. in Project Management. Since then I have reapplied for about 500+ applications with CL. In my view, under the rule of 75 (used in the telecom industry), I feel I was eligible for retirement. Instead I was given a small severance. I tried the EEOC. They did not investigate. After interviewing me, they said they would issue a rewrite and forward to CL. Instead, they just closed the case and sent me a letter. I issued a complaint, (actually 2) to the Colorado Attorney General's office. After months now, I haven't received a single word. Not even an acknowledgement of my two online complaints. I don't know where to go next, but I will not stop. What has been done is terribly wrong, and corporations are getting away with it.. Even worse, we have a Colorado system of government that doesn't work. It's a microcosm of the federal government. Already too large, and with no counter checks. I guess in order to get any justice, I have to wear a skirt and get groped, or allow a police office to rest his knee on my neck, and get it video taped. In my life I have always been hard working. I'm the son of a railroad man who said work hard, stay in school, and you'll be fine. I did, and see what happened? I need legal advice, or a process for fighting these problems. I need someone who has the tenacity to help with my issue, and bring light to this labor unfairness, and the total lack of government unaccountability. Help please!!!!!
