Re-homing puppy

I’m needing to re-home my puppy. Re-homing fee is $150. Her name is Lucy, she’s 18lbs. Mixed breed, Tan and black in color. She’s about 14 weeks old. She’s a good dog, but requires more time than I’m able to give. She’s very high energy and must go somewhere with a large yard she can run and play in. She loves going for walk, but is still learning about being on a leash. She’s great with other dogs and cats. She’s had her first 2 rounds of vaccines, including rabies. She’s house trained for the most part, some accidents still. We have been working on kennel training and will sleep in the kennel with no problem, but does bark if left in the kennel during the day. (Calms down after awhile in there) She knows basic commands, but isn’t the best listener. Re-homing fee includes kennel, bowls, and what food I have left.
