Videographer on May, 12th

Description

Hi everyone. Our client needs filming for a case study Here are the three parts of this shoot: 1) Interview – We provide the questions and suggested answers based on the phone interview we do with the client.  Typically, we ask that the questions are run through twice. We have found in doing these that vary often the subject is not used to being on camera, so we do a second run through to ensure that we have footage we can use.  During the interview portion we will also need to have one of our staff monitor remotely (via speaker phone, facetime, etc), the videographer would still be the one asking the questions and running the shoot as the one on the ground. This way the videographer can focus more on his specialty and not have to be the one signing off on our clients responses.      2) “On Hold Message” – This is a written statement that we provide and just needs to be read.  It’s important that the client speaks loudly and clearly.  As we are only going to use the audio from this it’s fine if the script is in the shot.  3)  B-roll Footage of the business in action. As far as the set up for the interview, usually we ask for either a two camera set up (medium close up shot, and close up head shot) with them looking off to one side of the frame, or a single medium close up shot at 4K so that our editor can "cut in" when there's breaks. The interview is usually about 15 minutes of actual talking and our editor will cut it down to around 1-2 minutes. We also want some general B roll of their location, signage, any shots that's possible with their employees (if they agree to that) and some photos of them in the interview spot with the postcard they used from their campaign and without. We prefer natural lighting, so if there's a window they can stand next too that's always preferable, and will cut down on set up time, as only a fill light will be necessary, or just a reflector (such as a white wall or an actual reflector) Here's some examples of videos other videographers did, so you can see the style we're going for: Payment: $300 (150 per hour). No editing needed, just RAW footage. Please, get back to me with your availability, previous samples of your work and equipment you use Thanks in advance, Brandon
