We are seeking a hard working individual to perform routine pool maintenance for a customer focused pool company based in Cornelius NC. This is a full-time permanent position. Prior pool maintenance experience is okay but not required. You will be given the training and tools to be successful. After a short orientation/training period, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance of 40-50 pools per week. You may also be responsible for routine filter cleanings. At each stop you will be asked to perform several tasks including; testing and balancing water chemistry, vacuuming pool, brushing pool, skimming the pool surface, and ensuring the customers pool equipment is functioning properly. You will be responsible for reporting problems, or potential issues at every customers house and communicate information immediately to the office. Customer service is our top priority. Happy customers mean more business for us which means more money for you. Must be able to be on time EVERY day. Tardiness will not be tolerated. Must be able to keep detailed records of all clients chemical history. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds frequently. Must work well, and communicate well with team members. Team players only need apply. Willingness to jump in and help out is extremely important. Must be able to work independently. Excellent work ethic is imperative. This is an hourly, full time position. Starting pay around $13+/hour depending on prior experience. Mon-Fri, 50 hrs/week. Over Time is pretty standard. Performance will be reviewed frequently and compensation is given to those that meet/exceed our standards. Must be able to endure extreme weather conditions.  Must be 24+ with minimum high school diploma and valid North Carolina drivers license. Local applicants only.Thank You
