Roof-Pro, Inc. has an exceptional opportunity for experienced Roofers and Laborers, this is a solid career opportunity available with growth potential. Due to the Heavy Winds and Storms of March 25th., Roof-Pro has a full schedule and in need of at least 6 new crew members. Experienced or not, we will train good hard-working dependable applicants. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Experience means, ability to perform all aspects of single-ply, TPO and EPDM roofing systems. Including flashing and metal edge detail work, understanding of all insulation systems including tapered systems. • Trainees, ability to take direction, self-starter, work as a team member, follow all safety regulations, must pass a pre-employment drug test. Requirements: • 18 years of age or older, • Able to lift 50 lbs., • Able to climb up and down ladders, • Not be afraid of heights, • Ability to work well with others, • Authorized to work in the United States, • Own transportation to the jobsite, Roof-Pro is an Equal Opportunity Employer offering a great work environment, challenging career, competitive compensation, and benefits include: • Top pay - $17 - $23 hourly depending on experience. • IRA plus company participation • Paid vacation after 90 days • Paid holidays after 30 days • Year-End Bonus • No travel
