Handyman/ Carpenter/ Remodeler wanted $20-$25 per hour- Punchlist

Need a good reliable Handyman to finish of the punch list on a project I'm working on in Rosedale. Must have tools and transportation. ( miter saw, drill, screwdriver, hammer, circular saw etc) Don't have time for unreliable people, you need to have a clean back ground no crimes or felonies. Must have a valid drivers license and fill out a 1099 or a business name for check to be made out to. Will be paid for the first half of the day if you do not work out If you do work out you will be paid on Fridays for what ever days you worked that week Higher end pay is for experienced person with the right tools, attitude and skills. Some items that needed to be finished on the punch list: Cut and put up window trim Cut and put up baseboard Install laminate floor Cut gutters to size and install Paint ( interior and exterior) A couple of carpentry task Microwave install there are a few more things that we will discuss on site.
