If so, you may be entitled to a tax - free monthly compensation through the Mass Health Adult Family Care (AFC) Program. The program offers ongoing support from our compassionate staff. As a vendor for Mass Health, we provide an eligibility assessment, free of charge, and information on this valuable program. We provide service to families throughout Worcester County and Metro West.
