Clean up carry materials (80lbs) Pay based on attendance, effort and experience in that order. 15-20. Foreman- complete roofing knowledge and leadership abilities. 24-30 ( profit sharing 10%) MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION. Drivers license is a HUGE plus and would be compensated if driving company vehicle.
