Played professionally in the 70's, got married and quit. Took it up again in 2000 and played blues/rock Festivals and bar gigs until 2010. Got bored and quit again. I'm tired of playing covers. Too old to be considered hip. I played what are now classic rock songs when they were in the Top 40. I played them again and again and again... Looking for a bassist and either maybe keys, or sax, or guitar, or whatever to play stuff like Bob James and Earl Klugh, Boney James, or Foreplay, George Benson, or the like. You get the picture. Maybe gig? Maybe not. Gotta knock the rust off at practice first. I can count. I can appreciate dynamics. I can stay out of the way and serve the song really well. Any takers?
