Need Help With Bird Proofing

Starlings have decided to make my house their home. New homebuyer and do not have a ladder tall enough to remove the nest and install more permanent vent covers on the side of the house and add spikes/other bird proofing solutions at the front above the garage. Please reach out if you have any questions. My best guess at a ladder height is between 30 and 40 feet.
