Need to rehome our Sweet Girl

I am needing to rehome my sweet Cavapoo Marshmallow. This decision has been hard to make and my boys are sad to see her go. She is a 2 year, unaltered Cavapoo (King Charles Cavalier Spaniel Poodle Mix). She had a liter of two puppies this past fall. She is up to date on her vaccinations and is microchipped. All her health records will be able. She is very friendly and wants attention from everybody. She does well with other dogs, scared at first of those larger than her but warms up to them in no time. She has never "attacked" a cat, but is very curious of them and doesn't heed the cats warning and has been swatted on the nose by them for getting too close and personal. So I don't know how she would do in a home with them. She is leash trained and I don't know how she would do off one out in an unfenced yard. She is housetrained and has only had accidents when she wasn't taken out on a regular basis. She paces back and forth as a sign she's ready to go out, but never caught on to the bell. She does well in a kennel and sleep in one at night or when she needs a nap during the day. She does have a sensitive stomach and needs to be watched around table food. She is good with children.
