The night cleaner is responsible for cleaning the kitchen during the overnight hours. Responsibilities: PEOPLE • Follows departmental policies and procedures. • Is flexible with work schedule. • Willingly accepts direction and performs other duties as assigned. • Participates in training new hires. SERVICE • Picks up evening catered events. • Cleans mop heads and towels every shift. • Takes trash to compactor. • Cleaning equipment is stored properly at the end of the shift. • Communicates issues with supervisor. • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in job performance.
