Open Studios Set up and Break Down What: Four volunteers for set up and break down 14 tables and chairs, four 10’ x 10’ pop up tents, and helping artists load their stuff in and out. Volunteer with a friend. Include our friend’s full name and email. • Saturday, May 1 - Take Down 4:30 - 5:30 pm • Sunday May 2 -- Set up 9:30 -10:30 AM ; Take Down 4:30 - 5:30 pm • Saturday May 8 - Set up 9:30 -10:30 AM ; Take Down 4:30 - 5:30 pm • Sunday May 9 - Set up 9:30 -10:30 AM ; Take Down 4:30 - 5:30 pm You may choose a time slot or stay for the entire day.
