Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Landscape installation, maintenance, and restoration Move large quantities of mulch, top soil, pavers, and stone Apply materials to landscapes/work areas Move shrubs, trees, and plants Be able to perform small landscape jobs independently or with other crew members Assist with brick and retainer wall block work Load/Unload supplies and equipment Be able to read plans and follow directions Professionally communicate with management, co-workers, and clients Demonstrate a professional appearance at all times Work in multiple locations Follow company policy and procedures Physical Demands: Sustained periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, twisting, and repetitive arm and hand motion Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis Ability to sustain physically demanding outdoor work in all type of weather conditions If you are positive, reliable, adaptable, self-driven, hard-working, perform your job with attention to detail and are conscientious about the quality of your work, we would love to have you on our team!
