MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Job Requirements •Previous multi-family property management or construction experience preferred. •Coordinating the turn process of vacant apartments into market ready apartments. •Completing resident maintenance requests and work orders. •Grounds-keeping/Snow removal •Build relationships with residents, staff, and colleagues. •Energetic, personable and professional. •Great customer service skills. •Possess a strong work ethic. •On call rotation for after hour emergencies. •MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Qualifications: •Demonstrated aptitude in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge/skills. •Completing tasks associated with the physical upkeep of the community including but limited to: grounds, building maintenance, and preventative maintenance. •MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Compensation : •Competitive salary •Health care benefits including dental and vision options •Paid holidays/sick/personal time/life Insurance •401K with employer match www.burtoncarol.com
