We are seeking to add motivated individuals to our team! We are gearing up to have a busy season and need employees that are ready to hit the ground running. Carpenters: will need to have finish carpentry experience and the ability to work independently while providing leadership to laborers. Carpenters can expect a starting salary of $25-30/hour DOE. Laborers: will need a can-do attitude and responsible work ethic. Basic hand-tool knowledge is helpful. Laborers may be assigned to work as part of an indoor remodeling project or a siding or gutter project. Laborers can expect a starting salary of $16-20/hour DOE. Estimator/Sales: will need a working background in carpentry and remodeling along with computer skills or an education in construction management. This is an administrative position responsible for going on sales calls, completing estimates, and managing jobs. Estimator/Sales can expect a starting salary of $25+ DOE.
