Production/Assembly Line Employee BW Designs, LLC is a 18-year old custom apparel Company seeking a dedicated person who is ready to invest their future with a smaller organization that is ready for new growth. Our ideal candidate should have an outgoing and positive demeanor, energetic work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment. Having experience in a warehouse and a production line is beneficial. Your goal will be to work on an assembly line quickly and efficiently to ensure high quality finished products using light-duty manually operated equipment. Bi-lingual is a plus. This position requires standing for long periods throughout the day. Dependable attendance is a requirement. Duties include but not limited to: • Using Heat presses to apply applications to garments • Using equipment safely to perform repetitive assembly work • Folding and bagging garments • Lifting production bins up to 50 pounds • Following digital Images to properly assemble garments • Ensuring Quality Assurance guidelines are being met This job is full time with benefits including paid vacation, health, dental and vision insurance. Depending on experience and qualifications, pay would range from $9.50 – $10.50 per hour. Dependable attendance is a requirement.
